Dorian was born February 27, 2003. In direct contrast to Benny, he was late and had to be induced. He's on the small side but growing like a weed.

The most striking thing about Dori has always been his level of awareness. His eyes fixed and tracked within a few hours of birth. As an infant, ne never wore that sort of dopey, spaced out, slack baby expression.

Like Benny, he responds very strongly to music. His preference seems to be classic rock, the harder the better. He adores Jimi Hendrix, the more rockin' CSN material, and yesterday he had a complete spazz when we played him some Bowie. "Suffragette City" is far and away his favorite song in the whole world. I don't know what that means. Of late, he's developed a strong affinity for early Rush.
